VP of Sales & Market Development Julia Brown (30+ years with FAME) has worked in sales, marketing, and general management and is a former Executive Director of a career school.

Director of Financial Aid Services Nancy McCallum (30+ years with FAME) meets with clients converting to FAME services and oversees processing, quality control, and administration of financial aid records.

Our Director of Support, Training, and Implementations, Randi Alfaro, has been a driving force behind our team’s development for more than 12 years. She began with FAME as a Customer Service Representative but worked her way up through the years as a Supervisor, Manager, and now a Director. Our Director of Compliance Sally Samuels (40+ years in financial aid) speaks at conferences, teaches financial aid, provides program reviews and certification visits, and is a highly published and recognized expert on the topics of Federal funding, compliance, and statutes.
