The Client Portal brings all your financial aid and FAME product questions together in one place providing:
- An intuitive, online Client Portal that allows clients to open or update cases that are then viewable across their entire organization with a single login.
- 24/7 accessibility from anywhere, including mobile devices.
- Allows individuals from the same organization to monitor any questions or issues posted and benefit from similar questions asked by one of their colleagues.
- The Portal provides a history log of all cases that have been submitted for your organization, the time it takes to resolve the case, and its final resolution.
- Clients using the Portal can also submit attachments with their cases.
- Clients can pose questions to their peers through a shared Community function.
- In addition, clients have the ability to either call or email our Client Solution Center directly and speak with a representative for assistance.
