Bill Little – Co-Founder / CEO & President

Bill is the Co-Founder, CEO & President, representing 39 years of experience in the Higher Education and Career College sector. He is responsible for directing the company’s business strategy, new company acquisitions and developing relationships with key business partners. Bill’s vision for FAME is to continually improve upon the products and services that it provides to the Higher Education market, while continuing to maintain its leadership position in the industry. He is passionate about propelling FAME to even greater levels of success by providing Higher Education with affordable, world class Student Information Systems and top level financial aid services. Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College, now Concordia University, in Montreal, Canada.

Michael Molonon – CFO

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Molonon is responsible for the daily financial operations and reporting at FAME. Michael has more than 25 years of financial management experience in a variety of industries. Prior to joining FAME, he worked six years as the CFO for Enviroline, a manufacturer of high end industrial coatings; and seven years in general aviation for a $100M FBO chain. Mr. Molonon earned his BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Julia Brown – VP, Sales & Market Development

Ms. Brown represents 18 years of postsecondary educational experience and over 25 years of proven sales, marketing and general management oversight. She held the position of Executive Director of a prominent career school prior to joining FAME in 1991. Julia is responsible for developing and delivering on the company’s strategy for expanding sales of services and software solutions through strategic relationships and partnerships.

Tommy Musson – VP, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Musson oversees FAME’s Financial Aid Processing Center, Client Solution Center (Customer Service, Technical Support, and Implementations), and Fiscal Services. Tommy’s career spans more than 28 years in customer and product service operations. Prior to joining FAME, Tommy held executive positions at Equitrac Corporation, Laerdal Medical and Hewlett-Packard. Tommy holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Nancy McCallum – Director, Financial Aid Services

Mrs. McCallum serves as a member of FAME’s Executive Management Board and oversees the Financial Aid Service Center including the FPell, Direct Loan, FSEOG, FWS, FPerkins funding, processing and quality control and administration of the financial aid awarding records teams. Nancy has a wealth of experience with FAME’s products and services as well as her direct involvement in the financial aid arena, as she has been employed with FAME for the last thirty three years.  She excels in interfacing with FAME clients to assist in their conversion to FAME’s services and mentoring her staff in the various packaging formulas.

Kris Fuss-Gonzalez – Director, Consulting Services

As Director of Consulting Services, Kris represents institutions at program reviews and certification visits, conducts site visits at institutions to determine compliance with Federal regulations, and provides direction to FAME staff and clients in all aspects of financial aid administration. During her 25 years with FAME, she has broadened her experience by holding a variety of management positions in several departments including Direct Loan and Fiscal Services. Additionally, Kris has served on several focus groups with ED and has a wealth of knowledge in Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) and Title IV regulatory processing.

 

Henry
Henry Colón – Director, Human Resources

Henry is a Senior Certified HR Professional and brings over 20 years of proven strategic and tactical leadership experience to FAME.  He oversees the design and implementation of FAME’s employee compensation programs including Recruitment and Applicant Tracking, Career Path, Market Research and Analysis, Job Classifications, Wage Ranges, and Performance Management Programs.  Mr. Colón has held positions as Sr. Manager, Director and VP of Human Resources at several fortune 500 companies and received an AS degree  from Broward Community College,  a BA in Human Resource Management from Trinity International University  and his MBA in Financial Valuation and Investment Management  from Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida.

Ricky Alfaro – Director of Product Management & Implementations

Ricky is the Director of Product Management & Implementations at FAME. He is responsible for managing long term process improvements for product releases and new customer implementations. He has over 12 years of management and process improvement experience and over 8 years of experience supporting student information systems and financial aid applications.
