This application lets you track student data all the way from inquiry to graduation to job placement. Advantage is a comprehensive Web-architected application for colleges and career schools with diversified course offerings, multiple campuses and varying schedules. Advantage offers an easy way to provide information to staff and students alike. Its multi-tier design and .NET technology allows the system to grow as your organization grows, thus protecting your investment.

The Student Portal that is available with Advantage provides a comprehensive Internet environment that can be accessed by both prospective and active students alike. The Portal is accessed from an already existing Web site or a portal dedicated Web site. Prospective students can request academic and/or financial information, schedule an appointment with admissions, request a school catalogue, complete an enrollment application or check the status of an application for enrollment online. Active students can access email, view class schedules, billing accounts, and attendance records, add/drop classes, and print transcripts.
