The Professional Services team is made up of financial aid experts and experienced IT personnel that ensure each application is fully configured and correctly installed. In addition, they provide both online and on-site training for our products.

FAME's Implementation team consists of experienced IT professionals that conduct detailed site surveys prior to the installation of our SIS applications. They assure that all FAME products fit the business practices and needs of our clients. Implementation ensures that each application is fully configured and correctly installed, as well as provides online/on-site product training for all applications. Lastly, they make sure that all appropriate training has been given to our clients before releasing them to general support.
